INGREDIENTI PER I CUPCAKES
INGREDIENTS FOR THE CUPCAKES
150g farina 00 ♥ 150g 00 flour
150g polpa di zucca ♥ 150g of pumpkin pulp
Add the sifted flour with the baking powder and the ginger and mix everything. Beat the egg with the sugar with the electric whisk. When it becomes creamy add oil and yoghurt and keep on mixing until you obtain a mixture which is fluid and homogeneous. Fill the little containers by 2/3 and put them in the oven at 180° for 25/minutes (until the top will become golden).
INGREDIENTS FOR THE FROSTING
250g mascarpone ♥ 250g mascarpone cheese
Mix the coating sugar with the mascarpone in a bowl until it becomes creamy. Whip the cream until it gets hard and add the mascarpone cream and the cinnamon (you have to decide by yourself about the quantity depending on your taste, I put a lot because I adore it) mixing slowly not to unwhip the cram. Put the result in a sac à poche and decorate the cupcake
